Most aesthetic clinics have a binder somewhere with emergency information — photocopied from a course, half outdated, never practiced. Friday afternoon, a patient goes pale, the receptionist is on hold with someone, and the binder doesn't help. What helps is one laminated page on the wall: the order of operations, the drug, the dose, the route, the number to call, and the supplies stocked where they're supposed to be.

Is this a substitute for training?
No. It's a wall reference for already-trained clinicians. If you haven't completed proper injection training, start with that.
Do I need my medical director to sign these?
Yes. The .docx is editable for exactly that handoff. Most directors will sign within a week once they see the structure.
What about state-specific requirements?
Customize for your state and your medical board. Some states require specific protocol language for board approval — your director or your local board liaison knows.
